Payments
We accept payment by debit or credit card, Visa Mastercard, Visa Delta, Maestro and America Express through Stripe for online purchases, for your piece of mind and security.
Shipping & Costs
We will post items within 2 days of cleared payment (excluding weekends & bank holidays)
Please note: We will only deliver items to the card holders billing address.
Orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail, in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit. £3.95 per order will be charged for shipment within the UK for single or multiple items.
For International delivery please use the 'contact us' facility for a quote before a purchase is made.
Faulty Items
- If you believe item is faulty, please contact us on 07534 241697 as soon as you become aware of a fault.
- If the item cannot be repaired. the item will either be replaced, or a full refund will be issued to you if you have chosen to reject the item.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition in an unworn state within 14 days of receipt & we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 2 days. please take up to 7 days to be deposited bank into your bank.Please not this excludes pierced earings which are none returnable. Please email [email protected] first so we are expecting the return with the original delivery note. Please retain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items getting lost in transit.
Returns can be made in person or if returning by post send to Embellished Divas, 3 Hare Hill Road, Littleborough, Lancashire, OL15 9AB .
All items are checked before being sent but in the unlikely event of an item being faulty we will refund purchase and delivery charges once the item has been deemed faulty by Embellished Divas.
Cancellation
Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made to your order, such as, unsealed toiletries and cosmetics, or pierced earrings. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter, email or call 01706 376562 within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns nor are we able to send them back to you, so please look closely at the items you return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items you will still be responsible for paying for the original item purchased and we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £35 to cover the cost of our investigating the position. We can offset this amount due from other sums that may be due to you for refunds etc. Accepting returned goods does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee. Mellodews Jewellers reserve the right to amend, and make changes to the content of this website, and terms and conditions, at any time and withdraw items from our range without notice. The terms and conditions do not affect you statutory rights.
In the event of a price being incorrectly displayed on the website the normal price will be applicable instead. Mellodews Jewellers have the right to refuse to supply any incorrectly priced product whether or not the order has been made and charged. If payment has been made we will credit the amount of the incorrect price.
All sizes and measurements are approximate and only to be used as a guide and we will endeavour to display and describe all items as accurately as possible. However colours and images are dependent on your own browser.
